2       Industrial and Employee Relations Act-Regulations - Unfair Dismissal - Motion for disallowance

Ms Key, pursuant to notice, moved - That the Regulations under the Industrial and Employee Relations Act 1994 relating to Unfair Dismissal made on 4 September 1997 and laid on the Table of this House on 2 December 1997, be disallowed.

Ordered, on motion of Mr Meier, that the debate be adjourned until Thursday next.

 

3       Criminal Law Consolidation (Intoxication) Amendment Bill

Mr Atkinson, pursuant to notice, moved - That he have leave to introduce a Bill for an Act to amend the Criminal Law Consolidation Act 1935.

7       Adelaide Crows Football Club – 1997 Premiership – Motion re

Mr Venning, pursuant to notice, proceeding to move – That this House notes the fantastic victory of the Adelaide Crows Football Club in winning the 1997 Australian Football League, and congratulates the Coach; Malcolm Blight, Captain; Mark Bickley, the players and officials.

The Governor recommends to the House of Assembly the appropriation of such amounts of money as may be required for the purposes mentioned in the Unclaimed Superannuation Benefits Bill 1997.
