Ms Breuer brought up the Forty-Ninth Report of the Environment, Resources and Development Committee on Stormwater Management.

The Minister for Industrial Affairs (Hon M J Wright),  to move – That this House authorise for the purposes of section 12 of the  Wrongs Act 1936, the publication and printing of the Report into the Financial Risks and Governance Arrangements of the WorkCover Corporation prepared by the Department of Treasury and Finance and the South Australian Government Financing Authority.

Notices of Motion – Private Members Business/ Bills/ Committees/ Regulations

 

Mr Brindal to move – That the Statutes Amendment (Renaissance Tower - Gaming And Liquor Licences) Bill be restored to the Notice Paper as a lapsed Bill, pursuant to Section 57 of the Constitution Act 1934.

 

Ms Breuer to move – That the Forty Ninth Report of the Environment, Resource and Development Committee entitled Stormwater Management, be noted.

Mr Brokenshire to move – That this House congratulates the South Australian Police, event organisers and volunteers on arranging the 2003 Police Tattoo, known as the Sensational Adelaide International Police Tattoo.

 

Mr Brokenshire to move – That this House calls on the Government to finalise the 2003/04 budget funding arrangements for Surf Life Saving SA, to honour its commitment to pass on any savings made by the cessation of the helicopter shark patrol service and to provide additional funding to offset its current financial deficit.
