Ms Stevens moved on page 1, line 25, to strike out  the word “Crown” and insert the words –

Ms Stevens moved on page 2, line 1, to insert after the word “writing” the words –

      “and must be published in the Gazette as soon as possible.”

Contingently on Order of the Day: Government Business No 5 being read, Mr Hill to move – That Standing Orders be so far suspended as to enable the House to resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House to enable Members to ask questions of the Minister about exploration and mining in Yumbarra Conservation Park.
