                The Clerk announced that the following Member had lodged Petitions for presentation:

 

                77 Mrs Kotz, from 113 residents of South Australia, requesting that the House urge the                      Government to increase penalties for drug offenders.

 

                78 Mrs Kotz, from 212 residents of South Australia, requesting that the House urge the                      Government to maintain the 24 hour service at the Tea Tree Gully Police Sub-station.

                Notice of Motion: Other Motion -

 

Hon. D.C. Wotton to move - That this House calls on the Minister of Health, Family and Community Services to advise the Parliament about specific representation he is making to his Federal colleagues to have overturned a proposal to change from quarterly to monthly funding for non-Government community service agencies in view of grave concerns held by these agencies that services will be dramatically affected by these changes.
