Register of Member's Interests
In accordance with the Members of Parliament (Register of Interests) Act 1983 (the Act), every Member within 30 days of first taking and subscribing an oath or affirmation as a Member and within 60 days of 30 June of the year in which they are a Member must submit to the Registrar (the Clerk of the House of Assembly) a Primary Return or Ordinary Return, as the case may be.
