Council met pursuant to adjournment.  The President (The Hon. H.P.K. Dunn) took the Chair.

The Minister for Transport tabled a copy of a Ministerial Statement made by the Minister for Housing, Urban Development and Local Government Relations (The Hon. E. S. Ashenden, M.P.) concerning State Government Employees serving on Local Government Councils.
