Dr .   Chiu is a financial and banking consultant who studied for her PhD at the University of South Australia.   She has been suggested as a prospective SABAN ambassador because of her close ongoing commitment to this state.  Dr Chiu's main activity is in Mainland China where she is employed to source investors out of China for now emerging businesses in China.  Until recently most of her investors have been from Hong Kong, Singapore and other parts of South East Asia .  She has also sourced investors for Australia, mainly the Eastern States, and is  currently looking for contracts in South Australia.   Dr .  Chiu, as well as being a very astute business woman and well respected in the Guang Dong economic province of China is also multi-lingual .   She has an extensive contact base which she uses effectively to match interested investors with emerging of expanding businesses, particularly in the area of manufacturing.
