Notice regarding the hosting arrangements for South Australian Legislation

The legislation component of this website has been replaced by a new South Australian legislation website (www.legislation.sa.gov.au) managed by the Office of Parliamentary Counsel, Attorney-General’s Department.

The new website —

• provides a facility to browse and download current and historical versions of certain Acts, regulations, rules and policies, as made versions of certain Acts, regulations, rules and policies and Bills of the current session of Parliament and of certain previous sessions;
• provides legislative history and index information about South Australian legislation;
• provides searching facilities that enable the scope of a search to be refined according to the category of legislation, the status of the legislation (current, historical or as made) and format (rtf or pdf).
