The Crown in right of the State of South Australia owns the copyright in this Site and the information and data contained on this Site. Apart from fair dealing permitted by the Copyright Act, the Parliament of South Australia grants visitors to this site a licence to download and display its copyright material for private and non-commercial purposes only. For reproduction or use of the Parliament’s copyright material beyond this limited licence, permission must be sought from the Presiding Officers of Parliament. That permission if given will be subject to conditions that will include a requirement that the copyright owner’s name and interest in the material be acknowledged when the material is reproduced or quoted, either in whole or in part.


Copyright in Legislation

The Crown in right of the State of South Australia owns the copyright in South Australian legislation. The Attorney-General (as Minister responsible for enforcing and asserting the Crown’s copyright in public documents) grants visitors to the site a licence to download and display the Government’s copyright material for private and non-commercial purposes only. For reproduction or use of the Government’s copyright material beyond this limited licence, permission must be sought from the Attorney-General. That permission if given will be subject to conditions that will include a requirement that the copyright owner’s name and interest in the material be acknowledged when the material is reproduced or quoted, either in whole or in part.
