1.	Council met pursuant to adjournment. The President (The Hon. R. R. Roberts) took the Chair. The President read prayers.					Meeting of Council.
2.	Answers to Questions on Notice Nos. 63, 73, 116, 190, 192, 200, 202, 205, 206, 212, 215, 217, 218, 222, 223 and 224 received this day were tabled by the President who directed that they be distributed and printed in Hansard.					Answers to Questions on Notice.
3.	The Minister for Agriculture, Food and Fisheries (The Hon. P. Holloway) tabled a copy of a Ministerial Statement made by the Premier (The Hon. M. D. Rann, M.P.) concerning a Review of Conditions of Release of Prisoners on Parole.					Paper Tabled.
4.	The Minister for Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation (The Hon. T. G. Roberts) tabled a Ministerial Statement made by the Minister for Trade and Regional Development (The Hon. R. J. McEwen, M.P.) concerning Grants to South Australian Companies through the National Food Industry Strategy’s Food Innovation Grants.					Paper Tabled.
5.	The Minister for Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation, tabled a Ministerial Statement made by the Minister for Environment and Conservation (The Hon. J. D. Hill M.P.) concerning Yumbarra Conservation Park.					Paper Tabled.
6.	The Minister for Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation tabled a Ministerial Statement made by the Minister for Health (The Hon. L. Stevens, M.P.) concerning Health Services at Mintabie.					Paper Tabled.
7.	The Council, according to order, resolved itself into a Committee of the Whole for the further consideration of the Public Finance and Audit (Honesty and Accountability in Government) Amendment Bill. In the Committee Clause No. 6 further considered. The Hon. R. I. Lucas moved - That the Chairperson report progress and ask leave to sit again. Question put.
