The Statutory Authorities Review Committee has resolved to inquire into and report on the Stormwater Management Authority, with particular reference to:

  1. the functions of the Stormwater Management Authority pursuant to Schedule 1A of the Local Government Act 1999 (SA);
  2. the effectiveness of the Stormwater Management Authority in carrying out its functions, including the application of the Stormwater Management Fund; and
  3. any other matters relevant to the operations of the Stormwater Management Authority.

Any person or organisation wishing to provide a written submission is invited to do so by Friday 29 January 2021.  Please address these to the Secretary, Statutory Authorities Review Committee via email at SARC@parliament.sa.gov.au or at Parliament House, GPO Box 572, ADELAIDE SA 5001.

Submissions are published on SA Parliament’s website unless the Committee determines otherwise.  Any request for confidentiality should be clearly stated in the document and the Committee will consider the request.
