A Select Committee of the Legislative Council has been established to inquire into and report on the Statutes Amendment (Repeal of Sex Work Offences) Bill 2020.

The purpose of the Bill is to abolish offences relating to prostitution.

Any person or organisation wishing to make a written submission to the Committee, or to register an interest in presenting oral evidence, is invited to do so by Friday,
7 May 2021.
