Council approved the Old Reynella Former Winery Site Development Plan Amendment (DPA) on 18 February 2020 and forwarded it to the Minister.

The overburden is dumped in huge dumps.

• Contamination Assurance was sought that application of safety precautions would occur during site remediation and that contaminated soil will be removed from the site.
