The rezoning divided the site into three zones.

Inspections and visits The Committee undertook two site inspections this reporting period.

• Contamination Assurance was sought that application of safety precautions would occur during site remediation and that contaminated soil will be removed from the site.

The council might maintain ownership of the site, but they contract to a private company to run that site, and there is a cost involved in doing that.

Council approved the Old Reynella Former Winery Site Development Plan Amendment (DPA) on 18 February 2020 and forwarded it to the Minister.
