Studies on the Reliability of THC as a Biomarker of Impairment in Cannabis Users:
Introduction: THC (delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol) is the main psychoactive compound found in cannabis,
and it is the primary target for drug testing in order to determine impairment in cannabis users.
