The first is Section 3.8.1 on Barriers to accessing medicinal cannabis: The burden of drug testing on medicinal cannabis patients (pp. 61-64).

Despite this, the current regulatory regime for medicinal Cannabis remains problematic to access, and difficult to afford for many users, or potential users according to anecdotal evidence.

Medicinal Cannabis has been proven to have amazing therapeutic benefits and this realisation is creating immense demand for Cannabis that is high quality, consistent and has a diversity of genetics.
