WorkCover Corporation - Motion re
The Deputy Leader of the Opposition (Hon D C Brown) moved – That a Privileges Committee be established to investigate the matter of privilege raised by Hon I F Evans, and that the Committee report back to the Parliament by the next sitting day, or as soon as possible thereafter on whether there has been a breach of privilege.
Question put and passed.

Ordered – That the Committee shall operate under the Standing Orders and practice for the conduct of Select Committees of this House; that it have power to send for persons, papers and records and to adjourn from place to place.
