Committee Function

To inquire into how South Australians can balance work and life responsibilities, in particular –
(a) to identify best practice employment standards, which enable public and private sector workers to balance work and life responsibilities, including the care of dependants;
(b) to identify economic development opportunities for South Australia as a result of flexible employment practices;
(c) to examine the impact of State and Federal Industrial Relations Systems for South Australians seeking to achieve an appropriate work and life balance;
and to consider any other relevant matter.
