Committee Function

The functions of the Crime and Public Integrity Policy Committee are set out in section 15O of the Parliamentary Committees Act 1991 (SA). On occasion the Committee receives requests to investigate or reconsider matters relating to public integrity about which persons feel aggrieved or concerned. The Committee advises that in accordance with section 15O(3) of the Act the Committee is unable to investigate any matter relating to particular conduct; or to reconsider a decision of the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption or any other person or body in relation to a particular matter.
