On 6 March 2024, the Legislative Council passed a resolution requiring the Parliamentary Committee on Occupational Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation to inquire into and report on matters relating to the Country Fire Service (CFS).

On Wednesday 3 February 2021, of its own motion, the Crime and Public Integrity Policy Committee (the ‘Committee’) resolved to inquire into and report on the matters set out in the Terms of Reference below.
