    (a) Any matter arising from the 2012-2013 Independent Education Inquiry also known as the Debelle Inquiry;
    (b) Any matter raised by the Debelle Inquiry related to incident and records management, including compliance with legislation and policy;
    (c) Progress on the implementation of the recommendations of the Debelle Inquiry; and
    (d) Any other relevant matter.

  • However, if gas leaks into the well, buoyancy will drive it upward toward the wellhead.
  • Potential risks and impacts in the use of hydraulic fracturing (fracking) to produce gas in the South East of SA and in particular: The risks of groundwater contamination; Gas contamination and effect of other contamination is real.
