Over the course of its four inquiries into timeliness of annual reporting by statutory bodies, the Committee has encountered difficulties in identifying all statutory bodies for which annual reports are required to be tabled in Parliament.

OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY, REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION COMMITTEE 1.1 Preamble This is the second annual report of the Occupational Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Committee and the first annual report of the Third Committee.

During the Inquiry, the Committee endeavoured to identify all bodies for which annual reports are required to be tabled in Parliament.

The Committee tabled two inquiry reports for Inquiries completed before the prorogation of the 54th Parliament.
