Committee 2 PRESIDING MEMBER’S STATEMENT This is the tenth annual report of the Statutory Authorities Review Committee.

Apart from its Annual Report for 2001- 2002 the Committee tabled one report.

The Committee tabled 26 reports during the period (there is a short lag between the Committee receiving and considering a project, and the project report being tabled in the House).

Throughout the year the Committee has met on 20 occasions continuing its Inquiries into a number of statutory authorities and anticipates tabling a number of reports next year.
