3.3 Engagement activities
3.3.1 A full summary of the consultation undertaken in support of the
Amendment is provided in the Phase Three (Urban Areas) Planning and
Design Code Amendment Engagement Report (the Engagement
Report) (Attachment 1).
3.3.2 In summary, the consultation process was promoted in a variety of ways,
including:
• public notices in regional and metropolitan newspapers
• a consultation page launched on the Department of the Premier
and Cabinet's 'yourSAy' website
• SA Planning Portal Website
• social media, including Facebook, Linkedln and Twitter
• letters to councils, industry groups and community organisations
• the Planning Ahead, Building Standard and yourSAy a-newsletters.

It is an issue for us that if people offend on the train we
want to give information to the police that they can use.
8 The PRESIDING MEMBER: Indeed, the Mawson Lakes footage cameras recently
ran on the Twitter feed and the SA Police Facebook site, and people were contributing from the
local community to get the two people who were graffitiing in those areas.
