  • Controlled Substances (Controlled Drugs, Precursors and Cannabis) Amendment Bill 2008   Controlled Substances (Poisons) Variation Regulations 2009, Controlled Substances (General) Variation  Regulations 2009  This suite of legislation, now in the final stages of implementation, increases the penalties for cultivation of  hydroponic cannabis and requires the courts to treat amphetamines as among the most serious illegal drugs.
