facilities located in integrated centres.
2 Centres established and developed in accordance with a hierarchy based on function of each type of
centre as appropriate for the region.
3 A hierarchy of centres located in centre zones.

Functions of the Committee
Pursuant to section 9 of the Act the terms of reference for the Committee are:
(a) to inquire into, consider and report on such of the following matters

(ii) any matter concerned with the resources of the State or how
they might be better conserved or utilised;

Ms DOECKE: Can I also add, we moved to VOIP and it has saved us hundreds and
hundreds of dollars a month because being in Willunga, every phone call we made was actually an
STD call, so going to VOIP has actually saved us hundreds of dollars a month.
654 Mr PICTON: I noticed the other thing in Pip's speech referred to the market, and
before the NBN came to Willunga she talked about you, Billy, as a young, really excited, assistant
manager, but before you had the NBN, supposedly, you couldn't operate Facebook or Twitter
properly and if you need to send a photo to somebody, you had to send it on a CD.
