Joint Committee on the Legalisation of
Medicinal Cannabis
The Legislative Council and the House of
Assembly have agreed to establish a Joint
Committee to inquire into and report on:
(a) The legalisation of medicinal cannabis in
South Australia with reference to legal
frameworks and approaches in other
jurisdictions including implications for justice,
health and the economy; and
(b) Any other related matter.
