    As concept design of the rebuilt Marion Ambulance Station progressed, it was identified that the existing station land presented challenges due to the narrow, long, linear nature of the site, and a site crossfall of approximately 2.5 metres from East to West, as well as the site being bounded by roads on three sides, with an elevated train line to the East.
