3A.4 No Management Fee
The Port Operator will not be entitled to receive a fee or any other
remuneration from the Minister for performing the Minister's functions of
control and management in relation to the Excised Area.
3A.5 New Easement
To the extent that its powers permit, the Port Operator must allow PPPL to
have the full and unimpeded enjoyment of the rights conferred on it by the
New Easement, in accordance with and subject to the terms upon which those
rights are conferred, and, without limitation, must not do anything, or (to the
extent that the Port Operator's powers permit) allow anything to be done,
which would interfere with any of those rights, otherwise than in conformity
with the terms upon which the rights are conferred.
3A.6 Definitions
In this clause 3A:
3A.6.1 "Excised Area" means portion of Allotment 155 DP 57695 being the
area described as easement C on DP 57695;
3A.6.2 "Existing Easement" means TG

When we issue warnings to the community for fires, that is generated by our
operational people, and usually from our regional areas where the fires are occurring, and that is
an automated system that provides warnings through to news outlets, to radio stations, and the
like, onto our website, onto Facebook and Twitter.
