The site difficulties and soil conditions mean that there is a cost premium for this school
compared with standard costs for a primary school on a level site with stable soils.

In the event sites are
identified within the critical construction alignment SA Water will seek in the first instance to identify
options and strategies for site avoidance and strategies that minimise the risk impacting Aboriginal
heritage.
