A Select Committee of the House of Assembly has been established to inquire into and report on the Roxby Downs (Indenture Ratification) (Amendment of Indenture) Amendment Bill 2026.
The inquiry is limited to the content of the Bill. Any person or organisation wishing to make a written submission to the Committee, is invited to do so by Monday, 1 June 2026.
Written submissions should be addressed to the Secretary to the Committee at procedure@parliament.sa.gov.au.
Submissions will be made publicly available unless otherwise determined by the Committee.
